In the highly unlikely event you feel the need to return your ANVIL coffee or equipment, please call us, email us or complete the contact form and let us know what the issue is, and we'll make sure we do the right thing for you.
You have 14 days from purchase to qualify for a return and refund or replacement.
We ask that consumable items such as beans or ground are in their original unopened packaging, unless you feel they are below their required quality, in which case we ask for immediate notification so we can investigate in a timely manner.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee where products have been ordered in error or over ordered.
Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, but you are inviting to call in with your returns by prior arrangement.
